I know Napoleon is an older game with a lesser player count, so your efforts are focused on Warhammer and 3K support, but this still seems huge to me. Now the 13th gen are out, and they too don't work with Napoleon. So I googled this and I found numerous posts on Reddit, Steam forums, CA forums, etc throughout 2022 all having the same problem.
